We send all UK goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Signed for or 1st and 2nd Class depending on value and size. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We send all international orders by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, or Royal Mail Signed depending on availability. Shipping cost are calculated at check out.
We send goods within 1-3 working days of payment being received.
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with the products purchased from us, however, in the event you need to return an item to us, the following terms apply:
If you change your mind and simply decide you no longer want an item once you have received it, please return it to us within 10 days of you receiving it, along with a copy of the invoice, which would have been included in your parcel. Please make sure that the item is in its original packaging and all components are included. Upon receipt of the return we will inspect the item and once we are satisfied the item is in a resalable condition, you will be refunded the full amount of the item, excluding any P+P. If we deem the item to have been tampered with, or if items are missing, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred.
Damaged or Wrong Products
We endeavour to check and pack the products to make sure they arrive with you in good condition. However, if the products have arrived damaged, with defects, or are not the items you ordered, we will replace it free of charge once we have received it back and checked the item. We will also refund the cost of the return postage.
If we deem an item to have been tampered with, a full refund will not be issued. If, after inspection of the product, we discover a faulty component, we will offer to replace the part in question. If is is decided that the item is damaged due to misuse, any replacement parts will be replaced after consulting the customer and will be done so at their cost.
Please use the "contact us" tab with a note of your wish to return a product. Include a short explanation of why you wish to return a product and details of the fault or defect if applicable. Please also include your original order number.
We will give you a returns number by way of reply to your email, along with the address to send the item to. Please make sure you include your returns number along with a copy of the invoice sent with the item, also include the action you wish to take, such as, refund, replacement or repair.
Please ensure you use a secure postage method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Signed For services with items of higher value, or obtain proof of postage. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. Failure to use a secure, trackable postage method could jeopardise any returns.
